i dont even know. it started off as "verbal assault" and now its all the way to "almost ended in death". its so stupid how much they twist the story. who knows what to beleive anymore.

Rumor 1: She got herpes, and chris found out got pissed that he gave it to her so he hit her.
Rumor 2:She was pregnant and chris got pissed and hit her
Rumor 3: Chris got a text from another girl, she got pissed, she threw his phone out the car window, one thing led to another and he hit her.
I think rumor 3 is the most accurate, I also hear they are back together, and another rumor is they got married at diddys mansion over the weekend, if not, they are back together

there are so many stories going around...
1-rihanna gave chris herpes (i dont think this is true)
2-chris was having sexual relations with his manager and rihanna found out and chris denied the claims and got mad at rihanna
3-rihanna dumped chris and he got so mad he hurt her.

What I recall reading/hearing is something to the effect ... Rhianna suspected Chris was cheating. They began arguing at the event they attended that night and the argument escalated afterward in the car.
Allegedly she believed there was evidence of the other woman on Chris' cell phone, so while Chris was driving she snatched the phone to check for evidence to prove her accusations.
It sounds like Chris snapped at that point. He began punching her in the face/head, slamming her head against the car window, and apparently before it was over he'd even bitten her. Clearly there was something on the phone he didn't want her to find.
Not sure how the police came to be there, but Chris was arrested. I guess the evidence spoke for itself because in the photo of Rhianna that was "leaked" into the press, she looked like she was mugged.
